News on the Embassy Village project in Clayton:
We have modified some of the apartments in levels 3, 4 and 5 to include options of 3 bedrooms; since this building, we only had 3 bedroom Townhomes (semidetached houses) and 2 bedroom apartments.
Now, there are 9 apartments of 3 bedrooms which are available, located in Building E, with C, D, and E Model options, located in levels 3, 4 and 5 of the building.
This news offers apartment options for larger families, so that they can also live under the principles of "New Urbanism".
|
The first construction phase has begun at Embassy Village: it is a reality today. It includes the security gate, the Plaza at the entrance and Buildings A, E and G as well as the social area of Building A.
Through the architectural design similar to a Spanish Village and also resembling Casco Viejo of Panama, enjoy the paved streets, plazas, fountains, `ponds and the recreational areas for all the residents. A tennis court, gymnasium, ballroom, and pools are some of amenities within Embassy Village. The population consists of only 191 families. The prices start from US$248,000 for apartments and townhomes. The delivery date is approximately the middle of 2010. |
Embassy Club – First Deliveries in The first phase of Embassy Club is on the verge of being delivered, after 2 years of uninterrupted construction, with some available units still to purchase for occupancy in April/June 2009, for you or your client, to be living in one of the more attractive areas of Panama, surrounded by greenness and all of its way of living: it’s like living inside a Resort.
Contact us for a trip through the project where you will be amazed with the pleasant isolation among the buildings, the low density, the clubhouse, the views and the access roads.
We want to report to you our special promotion of the last units of the pre-sale in the first phase, as well as attractive discounts by initiating the construction of the second phase at Embassy Club. Contact us at 207-8888 and request a Sales Executive that would be happy to attend you. Don’t miss viewing the construction advances in the Photo Gallery. |

| Special Activities: |
The City of Knowledge visits Embassy Club As part of an effort by Casas Bellas, to bring to light the quality and style of the construction, under the concept of "New Urbanism", which we are creating in the area of Clayton. We invited representatives of The City of Knowledge, located in the same area, so that we could personally deliver the details of Embassy Club and Embassy Village. It is very important for them as it for us, "to know each other" well. The City of Knowledge, will be promoting the development of their commercial locals in Clayton. During their promotional efforts as part of their master plan, they will be using our projects as a strength selling point because of the business that the residents in our projects will offer to their new investors. Likewise, it is very important to us that they will be able to offer more necessary services for the current and new resident of our projects. |
